I have found that if you truly  wish to learn about yourself, travel is the key. It is an opportunity to explore unknown places and discover parts of you that would otherwise be unaccessible. Travel opens you up like nothing else. On my journeys I have experienced connection, courage, compassion and overwhelming joy.
